I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the service I received from the Nashua Mobile store in cape gate! I went into the Nashua Mobile Cape Gate store on 03/10/2013 to upgrade my phone from a Blackberry to a Samsung S4. My upgrade was due on 01/10/2013. I was advised that I am going to pay my current contract fee until my contract expires end Dec 2013. I was OK with this and therefore decided to take an additional 1GB data because the fact that I was going to use the Samsung S4. My current contract fee plus the 1GB extra data would have come to more or less the same amount as what I would have paid from Jan in anyway. Besides the above explanation and advising me of the cost of the 1GB data I WAS NOT TOLD OF ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS like the HANDSET FEE of R289.00 AND PRORATA DATA COST.Ironically I still asked her whether I will only be paying the contract fee and the extra data bundle of R149 and she said YES.Must I smell that this cost will also be due? Where is the proof that I signed to say that I am agreeing to pay for these costs? If I knew that this would be the costs, I would not have upgraded.
