On 11 May 2013 I ported my Cell No to Cell C via Nashua Mobile in Musgrave. The contract was a Straight Up 400 for R599 per month which included a Blackberry Z10, 400 anytime minutes, 400 monthly sms's, 1.4GB of data and a Blackberry essential subscription (attached). I printed this offer from the Cell C website and showed it to the consultant at Nashua Mobile and told him that was the package I required and he assured me that was the package I would be provided with. I received a pro-rata portion of my bundle which I expected as it was in the middle of the month, however at the beginning of June I received 400 minutes airtime, 400sms's, but only 400MB of data. I immediately queried this with Nashua Mobile and the sales consultant, Theo, promised to forward my query to Cell C. I followed up my query every few days and was told that Cell C was not responding. I then logged a complaint with (ref 65843) and on 2013-06-25 I received a call from Cell C Customer Care who informed me its was Nashua Mobile's responsibility.
