I upgraded my contract in May and got the new iPhone. I was aware that the data is costly, so I upgraded my account to one with sufficient data. When my bill came, it was excessively high and I went to Nashua Mobile to query the bill. An audit was carried out by the store manager and she (Lindo) confirmed that the bill was, in fact, inaccurate. Following this, Vusani (Credit Controller) began harassing me regarding this account. He insisted that I pay the amount which was confirmed to be inaccurate. I advised him of the problem surrounding the bill and requested that he speak with Lindo regarding it, considering that they are from the same company. He refused to do so, saying that I needed to pay the amount he had on record, because he deals with the account and will not deal with other people. I found his attitude horrific! He has now advised that this account will be handed over, if I do not pay the inaccurate amount.
Nashua Mobile, is this the service we can expect? When one person tells us that an invoice is inaccurate, yet your credit controllers insist that we pay that very amount? I am disappointed that I need to wait another 2 years before I can cancel this contract!
