FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAD SERVICE

The service and feedback from Nashua mobile is absolutely pathetic. I went to the store on Saturday, as my data bundle was running out, and they have a special advertised on every board for R39 for 500mb data. I asked the service consultant if the special is still available and he advised yes. He phoned me later the afternoon to confirm the bundle activation has been submitted. I went there this morning to enquire as to why my data hasn't't increased, and was advised that they made a mistake it is not on voice but data only. HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM??? This is false advertising, I was advised my data was increased on both my contracts, and today, all the store adviser said to me and his manager was there by accident for her visit, was log a query with headoffice, but this is a mistake on their side and they sorry. With the new POPI act as well as the new consumer act, you need to pay what you are told the price is?? I will take this to the consumer act, as the service from Nashua is ridiculous. I wish people will cancel their contracts so Nashua can go under, because they service is beyond pathetic. I want this activated as per the price I was given!!
