Changing contract without my knowledge

Good day
I am truly tried of Nashua and receiving bills that is double the agreed amount.
I have received a bill of R1100 where it was stated when signing with nashua that the call limit will be R550
Meaning that i should not pay more than R550.
When i asked Nashua regarding this i was informed that my account as been changed to with a extra R300 limit.
This was done with out my knowledge or authorization, i was not inform from anyone from nashua.
I was put true to legal department, after holding on for 30min he told me that they are busy and will get back to me.
on top of that i also should recieve 1GB data and 500mb (night shift) data as i have being recvieving more that a year now, i also receclty saw i only get 500mb data??
where is the rest i am paying for?
I am not wiling to pay the R400 extra as my contract cant be change without my knowledge and authorization
I will be posting this on HelloPeter until i have been helped on not being put on hold.
