Over charged for 3 months and no refund

In February I renewed 2 contracts the lady at the mtn store did the upgrades telephonicly I upgraded to a 500mb contract at R39 and i have been charged R179 for 3 months and a 2gig contract at R99 and was charged R 129 for 3 months After fighting with the mtn store for 3 months I decided to call the call center myself a guy managed to change the contracts to the rite amounts of R39 and R99 then he said he was going to put in a claim for the money that i was over charged for 3 months. When I called in later i was told i do not get a refund for the money over charged then i explained to the lady what had happened she said she was going to investigate the matter ref 102080666. When I called in on TUESDAY the lady told me that i will only get a R10 refund as i upgraded to an open contract when I asked her to explain she could not. I then asked for her supervisor she told me her supervisor was to busy and was going to call me later ref 102167767 I am still waiting for the supervisor to call me. The way i calculate it mtn owes me R410 for the R 39 contract and R 90 for the R 99 contract altogether is R510. Not sure how the people at mtn count or are they just out to rob me.
