I was approached by a gentleman in Cell C store Menlyn mall, who asked if i had contract with cell c, to which i said yes. He said he do i mind if he checked it. I gave him the details. He said its up for renewal i must then come back with an id to renew it. I came back on the 22- 05- 2013.I said they must change my existing contract to that R99.00 (2gig). They said its done. End of May, they charged me for the old contract. I thought it is because i had renew my contract towards month end. End of June i was charged for 'old contract. & a new contract". I queried this, via email and Busisiwe Vilakazi replied with a ridiculous answer & called their call centre spoke to Joy, Mpho, they took down the details but never returned to me. I spoke to Sphesihle, she did not even know that there is a R99.00 (2gig) after arguing with me & telling me that i must just pay that is the only advise she can give me, she called Cheryl Mqadi, who told me that my account has been pro -rated as such it is the last time i pay for two contracts.(that was on the 26 06 2013) She said i must phone cell c if they billed me in correctly again. End of July, they billed me for two contracts again. She did not return my calls
