Still no refund

This relates to two previous complaints. Last year 8.ta cancelled my contract without my consent. After correcting the problem and being told that my contract will resume as normal, I thought this matter was settled. A month later I got charged an R800 cancellation fee and my monthly payment increased. Again I contacted 8.ta and they told me that my contract will resume as normal and refund the cancellation amount. I went to an 8.ta store where a lady opened a case for me and asked me to call client services after 7 working days to enquire about my refund. My monthly amount has been rectified. I called client services to ask about my refund and the lady told me that my refund has not been attended to and I should call after a week. I called again after a week, just to get told that my refund still has not been attended to, the lady informed me that she would personally try to get the person responsible to attend to my refund and she will call me back within 2 days. It has now been two weeks and I have received no call from 8.ta. I have been very patient regarding this matter, but I am losing my patience calling and trying to fix an error that was made by 8.ta. Please assist.
