I'm a iburst wireless internet customer for a long time.
Started last week, I couldn't connect to internet. It says" erro 691" and we all know that "erro" 691 means the wrong username or password. I called the call center a few times to try to sort it out. however, they just kept on telling me that it showed on theirs system that everything was fine and I might have typed my username and password wrong.. It's just Not possible because how can anyone type them wrong for the whole week.? I contact them through email, they did the same thing, simply kept on telling me that i might have typed the wrong login info and attached my login info in the email and asked me to try again.. and I tried and tried just not working. and i emailed again, and they just repeat the same thing like a robot.
