Poor service and incorrect billing

After 3 months of complaining and countless hours spent on the phone, trying to get someone to help me, nobody has come back to me. I have at least 10 reference numbers but still every time I phone nobody can help me. After my previous contract expired I got a new contract and was charged R1000 migration fee. Till today i am still waiting for the credit to go thru. The credit request is on the system but does not reflect on the bill. How long does this take? I have a 350 top-up contract and is being charged R579, much more then it was when I upgraded. After phoning for more then 3 hours i finally got to a supervisor who told me they will have a listen to the recording of the call when i upgraded and get back to me shortly. Once again that has been almost 2 months now. Still waiting for the call. I have been with Mtn for a number of years, when they phone you for a new contract they say you are a loyal customer but you don't get loyal service. I really am sick and tired of getting someone to assist me. Fed up with Mtn
