MTN change contract without comunication

In May month we upgraded our contracts and decided to migrate from a MTN anytime 350 to a MTN anytime 500 contract. It was told to us that the contract includes R500 airtime, 500 sms and 60min MTN to MTN calls. That was the case up to this month when i did a balance enquiry and saw that my rand value is decreasing but not our 60 min. For the last few months i saw the 60min decrease, but this month id didnt, so i called the call centre 808 to find out what is going on. I was informed that you need to ise up all your rand value before you can use the 60 min mtn to mtn. I called MTN ditect to confirm how the contract is suppose to work. The call centre agen told me the way the contract was sold to us in May month. I made another call to 808 to see what they have to say now. They told me the same story the first call centre told me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to Senlog Nkiwane. He told me that MTN has change the conditions as from 1 July. Why wern't we as customers not informed of the change? And why is Mtn direct still selling contract the old way? We want our contracts to be the way when i signed the contract, not the way its now. No benefits!!!
