Charged for a wrong contract, no response

We've had a Cell C data contract (R500pm for 5GB) for the past year and half. After our contract expired, we were charged on a monthly basis. On the 14th of November 2012, I called Cell C to cancel the old contract, and I also took out 2 new contracts.

On the 15th of November 2012, someone called me and told me that I don't have to cancel the old contract and it can just be upgraded to a new one. Before I could explain to him that I took out 2 new contracts, he upgrades the old contract to a new one. I then tell him that I did not agree to this, as I am getting two new contracts. He then tells me all is cancelled and I won't be charged for any additional contracts.

On the 3rd of January, I check my bank account, to see that Cell C deducted 3 different amounts on the 31st of December. The first two is correct as per the 2 new contracts, but the third one is not. The wrong amount is R1336.49. I then called them on the 3rd of January 2013, and they promise to respond within 24-48 working hours. I called again on the 10th, and the 14th, but still no response. This behaviour by sales is highly unprofessional, and the lack of feedback on such a substantial amount is unacceptable.
