I am really sick and tired of this company. For as long as I have had my 3 lines with this company I have been paying 1 invoice for all my lines. Approximately 3 months ago I upgraded a line and for some reason this line has been separated from the invoice. The line has been cut twice since and after the first incident I have requested that cell c please make it as it was before because how must I know that the this line is not on the invoice. This month alone I have received 2 calls stating that my line is in arrears of 2 different amounts. This is not my problem and the payment is not the issue and I have refused to make the payment until month end as this is not my error but cell c's. in fact I feel that the person responsible for splitting my bill in the first instance should be liable for this and not. It is a total inconvenience and a waste of my time receiving calls from incompetent staff. Can they not read, as far I am aware each call is recorded on the system and surely they can see what the last person did and what discussed. It saddens me that now that you do this you see all the competent people come out and sort the issue out.
