I have been trying to resolve this matter with Cell C since February but to date the matter has not been resolved. And my line keeps being suspended.

I have two cell phone lines with Cell C, the two lines combined amounts to R382.00. I made a combined payment of R382, of which R207 had to be allocated to my 084 nr and R175 to be allocated to 074. Cell C, who admits that they allocated the incorrect amounts, is now insisting that my one line 074 nr is in arrears and keeps suspending the line.

I have made several phone calls and sent several e-mails to try and resolve this matter.

Cell needs to credit the 084 line that is in credit and allocate that amount to the 074 nr.

In the meantime I am losing out on data which expires after a month due to Cell C not rectifying their mistake. I'm paying for a service and losing out at the same time for a service that I'm not receiving. Is Cell C going to re-imburse me for the money and data that I have lost due to their error?

I would most defnitaley not recommend cell c to anyone, or will not be renewing my contract.

I trust that you would be able to assist me in order to resolve this matter urgently.
