Ref: 27040497- We are still waiting for a return call to confirm that our issue has been sorted. We are being billed for two telephone lines. Even after we have called the call center notify them that this is incorrect. With every call they tell us that the credit will go through on the next months invoice and we will be billed correctly. After receiving our bill for Oct, we notice that we were billed for the incorrect line again! The incorrect line was meant to be cancelled in Aug, when we requested a new line to be put in. Now our bill is sitting at oddly R400 - this is ridiculous! we cannot waste anymore time phoning and logging complaints with the call center. Clearly they have no idea what the they are doing. If we refuse to pay the incorrect bill, then our line will get disconnected and we will have to pay a re connection fee. Telkom and its incompetent staff have cause us enough inconvenience. Even our address has'nt been updated, we called again today to update this! and they claim that the correct invoice has been emailed to the registered email address. I have not received such email. Disgusting service! How much longer must we wait?!
