Sick and tired of Cell C ALWAYS getting it wrong!

Cell C advertises all of this but you guys do not know how to deliver. I am a longstanding customer and am disgusted and the way cell c deals with clients. I had 2 lines with Cell C. I took out a 3rd line and requested for it all to be put on the same bill, surprise surprise, it was separated. I was billed on two separate accounts, and I was willing to accept that until I changed banks in December and notified Cell C via emails and phone calls. In January, February and March my account was debited, debit order returned to which I received 6 x the return fees as I am debited twice per Cell C account Every Month my lines get suspended and every month I call in and go through the same process again or explaining and emailing the new banking details, then making eft payments and then phoning for a reconnection. The final straw is that this morning I received and sms saying that the debit orders failed... of course as Cell C is using the wrong account. Besides another 2 return debit fees I apparently have been handed to the legal department and one line permanently disconnected and a cancellation fee added. Please contact me to facilitate the cancellation process.
