After two weeks and 4 service staff, still waiting

On 16 July, I logged a complaint on the Vodacom website for poor service in our area (both voice and data). For the past few years, the Vodacom reception had left significant room for improvement. After being phone back, some buck-passing took place as the person wasn't in the right area. "Thankfully", after only six emails, I was asked TO LOG ANOTHER CALL TO GET A REFERENCE. (What kind of red tape do they have in there?)

Needless to say, the service is still suspect and no response on the plan to rectify the issues.

I'm still waiting in great anticipation.
