Very Bad Customer Service

The day of my upgrade, I called customer service to make sure about the billing. The consultant told me that I won't pay anything at the end of May but I will be double billed end of June. May came and a debit order was deducted. June came and I was double billed.

I complained on Hello Peter and the consultant called me and said that there was no mistake on the billing. He explained that all Cell C's customers are double billed when upgrading. He just apologised for the inconvenience and told me Cell C has made no mistake.

I just want to know, how can the supply of incorrect information not be a mistake.

I will definitely change my provider when I'm due for an upgrade again.
