I have been a Cell C customer for 7 months, I have 2 lines that are currently under contract.

The month of September was my first payment that defaulted (which was only for one line)

Cell C bills me and debits me separately for both lines, I am confused as to how both lines have been "hot lined" if the one line has been paid for and is up to date?

None of this was explained to me when I got the contracts.

Can I please have an explanation for the reason of two separate billings if the one affects the other.

This is total bull, I just cannot accept this!!!
