Cuts line after payment

On the 15th of April 2013 I added an aditional line to my existing 2 lines with cellC. For about 7 years I have paid the 2 existing lines monthly via EFT as one single amount by adding the 2 amounts together and no problems until I added the 3rd, new lines amount and paid it together with the other 2 existing lines, as I have done for the past 7 years via EFT & as one amount. I received numerous sms's from cellc stating that no payment has been received, having the new add-on line cut numerous times, resending proof of payment & e-mails to cellC accounts dept numerous times, having my line activated just to have it cut again the next day. The store manager at cellC Alberton City has been & still is VERY HELPFUL, but seems to be the only person from cellC that is willing to assist, she even had all my no's merged to try solve the problem & that didnt even help! Yesterday my line was cut again, this morning for the 1st time I received a call from Nomsa in cellC accounts dept, stating no proof of payment or payment on this line has ever been received! Since this has been going on for nearly 5 months I got irrate & she told me she wont assist me & cut the call.
