To Sanral,

I haven't purchased an E-TAG as I don't use the free way that often. However I used the free way twice the other day. To this day I have not received any form of invoice for using the free way. I went to the Sanral website to get the customer care email address [Email Removed] so I could forward them a mail with my registration number, to request the invoice and I have still not received any information from them.

I've sent emails as well as used the the on-line query centre and no one has gotten back to me.

For legal reasons I would like to make it clear on this forum that I will not be held liable for Sanral's incompetence and failure to issue me with an invoice for payment due. I refuse to use the On-line payment system and would prefer to pay the money via a deposit at the bank.
