In April i called mweb and requested a package that i can be able to view my camera in my business. The sale consultanted named Branwel assistance me on filling the form. I explain to him why i need the ADSl. He never mention that i am going to be charged the host fee separate, what he offered was 2 month will be fee and the 4 month i will pay R335 .I took a 6 month contract and bought the route at R699 .I was surprised when i called their technician that advice me that i took the wrong package i was supposed to take a fixed ip package .i called the call centre to rectifity the problem. When i sign the contract i request the debit order to debit month end. Anne from Johannesburg then called me to try and rectifify the error that was done. She offered the Fixed ip address which i was waiting for forms. Before month end i was debited the R335 and more. This was never discussed when i took the package. I questioned the set up fee anne responds .(I was told this wilyou will then have access to the router and you will need to sign a waiver to state that you take full responsibility for the router al be a upgrade by anne .) I am not happen with the package
