BAD SERVICE, INCOMPETENCE & NO FOLLOW THOUGH

A R79 per month data card contract has been an ongoing nightmare & inconvenience since taken out 4 mths ago! Despite having signed a debit order & having ample funds in my account my debit order was cancelled without notification & connection was terminated without notification too. Having had numerous previous connectivity problems I went to Gardens MTN presuming it was the same issue again. I was told that it was a data issue & would need to go to V&A Waterfront where a data specialist would help. I got there @ 19h20 & informed the data specialist leaves @ 7pm. I returned next day to be told the data specialist was off sick. 3rd day back to Gardens established the debit order cancellation & termination. I have bank statements to prove there were funds. MTN has charged me service fees for this. I paid the invoice in full & advised in writing of my change of address (MAY). To date invoices still go to old address! On 16 July service was terminated again without notification. On 18 July I was told reconnection takes 24 hrs. It's 23rd Still no connection! Still waiting for business consultant to call since 16th. There is more!!! R79 pm is costing
