Just upgraded and what a shock - called vodacom to query my sudden increase in bill on the 16.07.13. found out im still on BIS and then will be migrated to new tariff in august so i signed an agreement one month before but billed for the full and the previous package.

i need to know how i can cancel this as i was assured my S$ will be working in fact they insisted on a sim swap and the same night my bb stopped working so thus the samsung in use... now im told they are sorry but i still have to pay...

why would i pay for BIS if im using an android? why should i then pay for my out of bundle use???
