SHOCKING FEEBACK AND UNKNOWN DETAILS

We have been trying to inform MWEB of our incorrect package since 27 February 2013, but have had no joy.
I have sent COUNTLESS emails to MWEB informing them of THEIR mistake and NO ONE has got back to me or fixed the problem.

In May 2012 we changed our MWEB ADSL package from 2GB to 8GB. Then this year for some unknown reason we started receiving emails saying we have reached our 2GB cap and will be charged over. I emailed them informing them of this so they could fix the problem. At the same time I also increased it from 8GB package to uncapped - which they have done.

They manage to secure new business but WONT help fix a problem. If I had know all this I would have chosen another service provider.

This month we were billed 2 different amounts that we far above what we usually pay!

It is shocking that they can just debit me when I have not authorised it and it is not even legit.

I am finally coming through Hello Peter as I hear you get results :)
