Package upgrade service delivery very poor

I telephoned Mweb on 28 August to request an upgrade of my 3G data package. After I had made it very clear that for several months I had not received any response to my system-based requests for an upgrade, I was led to believe that the new device would be delivered around 7 days after receipt of my application. Sixteen days after sending my application I had not seen nor heard anything from Mweb. Although having received part of my application documentation via email, the application form itself did not get to Mweb, of which I was not informed. On follow-up I was informed of the problem, which I duly rectified - application was process on 19 September.
After more than two weeks since processing my application I had not received my wireless router and voiced my disappointment with MWEB service as they just don't seem to give a or are incapable of getting anything right.
I again followed up on 4 October and was informed this morning that as it was processed on the 19th of September, MTN will only have the new package kick in on 1 November as this is how their cycle works.
In the meantime my old package is no longer available and I can't access my email for almost a month.
