Still charging me despite cancellation

A while back I was contacted by a Vodacom supplier that recommended I buy a MyGig data package since my monthly data usage was quite high. I ordered this package, which came along with a router.

What I was not made aware of was that this package was for a DIFFERENT number, so if I wanted to use any data whatsoever I'd have to switch sim cards, which is really inconvenient. So now I was being charged not only for the data I was using but also for a package that I wasn't. I called Vodacom, and got people telling me they'd look into it and get back to me - which they never did. I had to hound them for over a month before someone eventually called and told me they were coming to pick up the router (still unopened). They came and picked up the router, with me assuming that this meant my account was cancelled and that I'd be reimbursed the amount I'd paid thus far.

Today I received my invoice for the package. I am still being charged, despite their picking up the hardware. Since then I've called Vodacom 3 times and been repeatedly cut off. One man said he couldn't find the router pickup - he then put me on hold and the line went dead. I am still trying to find ANYONE who can help me.
