False selling, offers made that "don't" exist

I called in as queried about taking up a certain package and was advised of a July promotion. The package I was inquiring on was a 5 Gig package at R79 per month. I was told that If I sign a 6 month contract during the month of July I would qualify and receive a free modem. Apon confirming my application I was then told that there is no modem available on the R79 package and they can not help me with that package and requested I take a R199 package instead. I was on advised by the Mweb agent on every call made that the calls are recorded for quality and security reasons and on all calls I was told that I can get the moden on the R79 package.
I am not happy about being to and then get an apology and am told that I can't be helped with the package I was originally offered and requested.
