Wrong Pakage and Incorrect Billing

I took a contract on "uncapped data contract" sign and fill in all the forms was approved on 26/03/2013, at the time the store didn't have the actual router that comes with the deal. Only got the router on the 06/04/2013 which I was told a mistake was made it was on the wrong package but has been fixed with head office. I was called 10/04/2013 and told to stop using it cause it is still on the wrong package, I stop using it immediately and that it was not really sorted after I was told it was. This is the song that Shireen (Manager) has been singing since the 15/04/2013 "she will see if she can get hold of someone to sort it out and get back to me" it is now the 26/04/2013. When I took the contract package the agreement was first month I will pay R770 and thereafter will the R629 every month instead the first month my account was debited R 2375.00 something I was told will not happen that it should be sorted long before MTN debits my account now who will not be angry and frustrated about that. I now have no internet paid 3 times the amount I agreed to pay and no resolution in sight, now who knows how long its going to take to credit my account with the incorrect high debit.
