NO FEEDBACK DESPITE UNDERTAKING TO DO SO

Last month I called and upgraded my package to the full DsTV package to enable me to watch the rugby and Wimbledon. The agent stated that:
1. They would upgrade;
2. Calculated that I would pay R872.72 for the upgrade for the month;
3. Any additional amount paid would remain as a credit in my account;
If I recall correctly, when asked if the package would revert to my previous package enjoyed after one month, they indicated that this would be the case. I only wanted it for one month and this was made very clear to the agent. This did not happen and this month I was then debited the full DsTV package cost- R692.72.
I then called Lebogang last night who kindly amended my package back to what it was. I asked why it did not revert to my original package after a month and she indicated that I had to call the call centre to do so. I was not told this originally. I also asked for a full reconciliation of my account and a refund and she undertook to revert to me last night- needless to say, no response.
I find this behaviour unacceptable and contrary to good consumer treatment.
