Pathetic service

Our internet is still down since Thursday, and Kwikwap are stilll fixing the problem. They have now stopped taking our calls because they obviously dont know what to do. Makes you wonder if you should not just use a big service provider. When will the problem be fixed. Let them dare charge me for the days they were down they will be in trouble
