Ad service bad buss practice!!!

I met an agent from KWIKWAP in Feb who told me that he would design my website and that he usually charges R2500 for but would waive this all I need do is sign a monthly fee contract and sign a debit order GREAT RIGHT? Not! It is 5 months down the line and my website is still incomplete and nothing like what we had discussed the situation has become untenable. Repeated phone calls and requests for assistance finally lead to me to telling him to get lost and when i contacted Eduard Marias he wouldn't even listen to my complaint. This by the way is the owner of Kwikwap. I didn't read the contract properly which leaves me little to no recourse but be warned these guys and their agents are unprofessional in their conduct in giving a satisfactory resolution to a questionable service. A website is an important part of your business and to leave it to guys that treat customers like this is irresponsible. I will be going to the consumer commissioner to see if i have any recourse as well as seek legal assistance. Read the fine print people...
