Telkom network is useless

I have been waiting for Telkom to fix my internet connection for about 3 years now. I am connected to an overcrowded internet exchange and Telkom refuses to do anything about this but they charge me the full amount each month where I only get about 1/10 of internet connectivity. Every time I report this problem I get feedback stating the problem has been fixed and my support ticket has been closed when absolutely nothing has been done. Telkom is overselling their network and letting their customers take the hit.

If I could switch to a different communications provider I would do so in a heartbeat, Telkom is nothing but trouble and incompetence, too bad they put all their efforts into making sure no other companies can rival them instead of making sure their network actually works.

Telkom is just a and has no interest in keeping their customers happy since their customers can't go anywhere else.

PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND PROPERLY MAINTAIN YOUR NETWORK,
I JUST HAD TO WAIT 10MINS TO DOWNLOAD 50KB.
