Rude and sarcastic

Postpomed our appointment to a different time than original the next day. I did not accept this appointment. Wendy called 30 minutes before time and was very rude when I told her that I cannot make this time as I agreed to the excact same time the next day when I spoke to Jackie. Instead of asking for rescheduling she finished our conversation with and I quote" thank your for wasting my time". I spoke to Jackie and my understanding was that Jackie is the consultant. At no stage was I informed that a Wndy will do the appointment. I was keen to develop a web site with Kwikwap but now I shall reconsider seriously.
