As a Telkom customer i am at this stage so VOL of the pathetic service that i am seriously thinking of going over to a mobile supplier.
In the last 2 months i reported the same problem 19 times, and there are many before that, and it is still not fixed.

We reported our ASDL/internet service problem today and we were told the following;

1.You have exausted your data and need to increase it-we did and still no service.
2.You have a router problem and we will test it-we did and still no service.
3.A line problem and it can take upto 2 hours before it is fixed- still no service
4.Exchange is off and they need to get a technicion in to fix it and it can take 24 to 48 hours.

Now this was the last of the pathetic service.

Telkom is just not taking any accountability for their poor service. I am now getting legal advice and will take this matter further if i have to. Everytime we dont have service we loose money. If i dont pay my account then i get summonsed and handed over to a lawyer, but if they dont perform it is OKAY!!!

Now Telkom i have a surprise for you!!

I am sending this letter to every newspaper possible in South Africa!!
