Repair man just leaves without fixing the problem

My telkom DSL line went down on wednesday 15 Jan. I reported the problem on thursday on the internet with no effect. I then called on friday 17 Jan to report the problem. Sunday morning, 19 Jan the repairman, Thabo, came to my house. He walked in turned my router off and then on after which he said it seems to be a line fault. He then said that he was going to the box in the street to try and fix the fault from which he would contact me to follow if he had fixed it. Now a day later i have heard nothing and my internet is still down. I waited four days for a repairman and when one finally arrives he leaves without fixing the problem???! Not to mention the previous line fault took three weeks to fix!!
