Taken phone back afte

Im so furious! I upgraded a month ago and after 7 days the phone was faulty and Autopage refused to swop it out after a long battle going to Legal Wise as well they swoped it out. Not even a month later I have the same problem with the phone. I could not get to the branch I upgraded (which was Sanlam Centre) but I contacted them and they told me to go to any branch. The closest branch was Cape Gate. When I got there the Sales Consultant (Madre) said she can not help me because I did not upgrade by them. I told her Sanlam Centre told me I can go to any branch?? She phoned her Manager, Nazli and she said sorry we cant help you.
I do understand the phone must be sent in for repairs as this will not be a swop out again, but no branch wants to help me??? How can this be possible?? Afteral it all gets sent to Johnannesburg for repairs?? I then took the phone to Parow branch on the 28 June... and I have still got no feedback from Autopage. Is this the way they deal with there customers??? SHOKING SERVICE I GUESS!!!
