No internet/ ADSL service

After various reports (About 20 times) and technicians trying to fix our problem it still is not fixed.
Today it was reported 3 times. A technician came to fix it and replaced a rusted wire and left.
An hour later the the problem was back again.

TELKOM the service is pathetic!! Nobody seem to care about faults and fixing it.
I now demand a refund for the times without service. If my problem is not fixed within 24 hours from now i will cancel my telkom lines!!
