FURTHER TO MY CASE 6250351 AND PREVIOUS COMPLAINT THE DATA BUNDLE WAS REVERSED MY ACCOUNT, HOWEVER MY LATEST BILL STILL REFLECTED THE AMOUNT AS DUE. I WAS TOLD ON THE 27TH OF JUNE THAT THE AMOUNT WOULD BE REVERSED SHORTLY. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD A SEPERATE CASE WOULD NEED TO BE LOGGED, SO 6380711 WAS LOGGED. I NOW GET AN EMAIL FROM GIVEN MODIBA AT TELKOM SOC TELLING ME THAT I AM STILL LIABLE FOR THE AMOUNT!!! I AM DISGUSTED AND EXPECT A RESPONSE AND FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP!!! I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO 8TA TO GET FEEDBACK AND THIS IS THE LAST STRAW!!!
