Agent Added Data Bundle Without Permission

I called the contact centre to find out why I could no longer purchase once off data bundles via the website. The agent (Silindile) informed me that the reason was because my account limit was set to R10. I was particularly interested in the 60Gb 60Gb bundle for R1800 but was informed that I could not load this on my account as it was for prepaid numbers only. I then asked what was the biggest bundle that I could add to my account and was informed that it was the 5Gb for R820, so I then asked for my account limit to be amended to R1000. The agent then comes back and tells me that my limit has been increased to R1800 (the price of the 60Gb bundle), which I'm not too worried about, AND that the 5Gb bundle has been added to my account. AT NO POINT did I request for the bundle to be loaded on my behalf, NOR did the agent confirm with me if he could process this on my behalf. I have requested that this be reversed ASAP! As of this morning I have had no further feedback and the bundle and unbilled usage still reflect against my account.
