Old Comlaint Not resolved but now new Complaint

I have already told what has happened in my previous compalint. its all related to Complaint Id - 4157725

On 24th March My sim re-activated after I complained on hellopeter, I dont know whether it was a coincidence or not.

But they reactivated the sim without any data bundle or airtime which was what is the use of reactivating in this condition.

I had called customer care on 24th itself to ask what about data bundle and Airtime, he told the request has been transferred to another department it will take 72 hours come on for the same request another 72 hours that also is ok.
Now comes the big surprise I called CC on 27th March around 10:00 AM. 1 guy picked I told him the same old story he told he will connect to another department. But it was just a false forward no one picked and gor disconnected.
Again I called this time a lady picked up the call Told her the same story what happened now she is giving me the surprise that My case 4157725 was logged on 24th March, I told her no it was 20th she didn't agree I asked is some problem with system she said no. Then Am I telling Lie.?
No one told me why it was deactivated
new complaint ID 4161440 raised 27th but Not resolved till now
