Billed for a cancelled contract

Data Contract cancelled on the 10th November 2013 - reason for cancellation: no coverage as confirmed by Telkom technicians via ref: 6867471 &4183197.
Sim & device handed back to store and an immediate Cancellation case was logged:7125207.

Contacted Telkom call entre on the 28th November as I had not received any feedback on cancellation case and wanted to ensure I will not be billed - spoke to a consultant named Taagoedien who checked their systems and advised that the contract had been cancelled and it reflected a NILL balance.

On the 1st December 2013, I was billed for two months of my contract (pro rata another month). Reported this to the store again, a new case was logged for a refund:7216784 - 7 days for the refund to be paid to me.

This matter has been escalated numerous times since then by the store to Telkom's billing department and nothing has been done - my attempts to speak to the consultants at their call centre is always futile as they are clearly poorly trained.
Absolutely disgusted with the service delivery from Telkom
