Bill paid but account suspended???

I received an Invoice of R477.47, an outstanding balance which a R406.66 amount was paid to on the last week of March. I got an Itemized bill that reflected that an amount of R406.66 was paid, but understandably I had an overdue of R70.81. On the 3rd of April, the amount was paid directly into the Telkom 8ta account and proof of payment was sent to TM-SOC Billing, but surprisingly my account my suspended on the 14th of April because I'm having an outstanding balance of R406.66!!!??? (that's the kind of Math being practiced in 8ta). This is very annoying for me because I've paid my bill but I still can't use my phone.

What the heck should I do with a turnaround time of 72hrs for a logged case? A penalty should be induced here because I can't afford to do business like this.
