Account opened but receiving no help

I've previously been a victim of identity and registered with TansUnion in order to receive notifications when a credit check is being conducted to open a new account. I was therefore shocked when I received a sms from Nudebt stating my full name and surname requesting me to pay an amount outstanding to Telkom Mobi at ABSA. I immediately went to the Garden Route Mall Telkom Branch (as I was holidaying in Calitzdorp at the time) and queried this. A account had been opened and the case was logged by Xolisa in the store after contacting the Dept. I received a ref no 7261400. This was on 19 Dec 2013 and this account was not reflected on my credit record. On 02 Dec 2014 I received yet another sms from Nudebt regarding payment. On 03 Dec 2014 I went to the Claremont Telkom Branch where my case was relogged by Mocketsi Parkies and I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours. On 10 Jan 2014 I received a final notice sms from Nudebt and contacted Telkom Mobile yet again and was told that the system indicates no feedback yet. When am I going to be contacted to provide supporting info, it has been 14 days since the initial case was logged? Need answers!!!
