I have been charged for BIS services for the past three months when I upgraded my contract to a Samsung 3 months ago.

So... for 3 months I have been charged for a service that I don't need and have not used. The consultant at the Vodacom Store in Sandton City didn't bother to remove the "added service" or take the initiative to see that I'm not using a blackberry anymore.

On calling the Customer "Care" line, the consultant told me that she couldn't guarentee a refund for the wrongful billing.

This just shows how little concern for the client Vodacom has.
