Charging for BIS after I upgraded to Samsung

I upgraded my contract at the end of October, switching from Blackberry to Samsung. However, since November, I am being charged a monthly fee of R59 for Blackberry BIS. I sent an email on 8 November to the vodacom customer care email address but received no response.
I expect this error to be corrected and to be given a refund for the last 3 months.
