Vodacom charging me for services not rendered

I reported vodacom last month for the reason that they had charged me R360 for a contract phone which I had changed over to pre paid when my contract ended, after logging the report I was contacted and explained that the vodacom accounts system worked with the previous months billing... meaning that since I had canceled my contract in May I would still be charged for Mays usage at the end of June... Never the less even though I did not agree with this I paid and was promised by the vodacom consultant that this would be the last monies deducted from my account for this particular contract.

Well its now August and once again I have been charged now R660 for calls and data usage... my question is how when I canceled my contract the end of June already and it is now 2 months down the line... Please remember that from the 1st of July my phone was officially on pre paid.

I called into the vodacom customer call line 082111, after being transferred to 4 or 5 people I eventually went onto a conference call between cancellations and accounts departments, the lady and the gent both thought that it was funny I was charged and told me that I will get a reference number and expect a call on Mo
