I am a MTN contract holder that upgraded my contract the 1st of July. Went to the store and did the upgrade and the consultant that assisted was very informative on all the details regarding the package seeing as I migrated to a higher contract. None the less my service instore was warm and proffesional but my aftermarket service is something else. I upgraded to a Blackberry contract and was told in 2 to 24 hours my BIS would be up and running... 10 days later still no BIS. The consultant that did the upgrade has been in contact with us almost everyday and constantly apologizing for the inconvenience but now what about us getting what we are now paying for? Head office has not contacted me once to explain the problem as its a fault on their side (that's all I know). I would really like this issue to be resolved as I have been a loyal customer but am now getting service like this. Wanted to take another contract out but now even that has left my mind as a wise decision. As I was approved for a higher upgrade but could not get a new contract of an even lower amount. Clearly my payment history with them means nothing.
