Incorrect Contract Migration

I have upgraded my contract in March 2013 to Vodacom Smart Standard 229 and didn't experience any problems until August. I queried my invoice amount and was informed that the contract is not available any more. My contract was then migrated to a higher premium which was done. However, I did not received the benefits of this package. I went to the branch in Mall @ Carnival in an effort to have this resolved. My account has now gone from R387 in July to R1301 in October. It seems that I am paying for data usage which I am not supposed to as it forms part of my package. Monique from this branch has assisted me in an effort to sort out the problem. I am a pensioner with limited resources and simply cannot afford the high cost that I am currently being charged. I upgraded originally to a contract that was within my budget. I cannot be penalized for the incompetency of staff that did not activate my new contract. I have personally been to this branch on numerous occasions but this problem seems to persist. Anybody out there that can finally resolve this matter for me???
