Hello,

Yesterday i came to my office and realized the internet was not working. I called Telkom and they said there is a faulty exchange and that it will be sorted by 14:30 pm that day. At 3 pm I called only to be told there is still a problem and there is no eta. We are an online company and for the past 9 months at least once a month the internet stops working for a day or 2. This is unacceptable! When i called today to ask why i still have no internet they tell me the same issue, i asked to have a technician call me yesterday to give me an update the lady said that won't be a problem and still no call and no update. Today i spoke to 2 call center people, one gentlemen told me there is no ETA and there is nothing we can do. I spoke to a lady by the name of Prudence and she told me that there is no supervisor i can speak to as he is not in. HOW CAN THERE BE NO SUPERVISOR! THAT IS A JOKE!!! Your service is unacceptable. The lady told me the technicians are doing maintenance on the site. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN ONLY DO MAINTENANCE ON A SIGHT WHEN THE SIGHT NO LONGER WORKS, WHY NOT DO IT BEFORE THE SITE NO LONGER WORKS. You are bordering on, taking money for no servic
